My New Favorite Meal Ever---



  • Roasted Carrots
  • Butternut Squash Ravioli
  • Sage Butter sauce with freshly ground nutmeg
  • Mini Baguette with Balsamic and olive oil
  • Delicious wine
If only we could all eat butter sauce and pasta every day.....
This was the perfect meal as the seasons have now changed into fall.... the fall squash has all made its way to the shelves now (Ashley, I think I may have finally spotted that spaghetti squash we were looking for in June, ha!). However, I will make it clear that we didn't make the raviolis from scratch this time.

I hope you all have an equally amazing dinner tonight. Time to get started on homework!
We will be going to the pumpkin patch/ Sauvie Island this weekend!! I'm so excited for a weak hot chocolate, farm animals, and pumpkin fields!
